Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Shows, and Late-Change Policy

Corporate Events:

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in schedules. Therefore, we kindly request a minimum of 7 business days’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your event.

 

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within less than 7 business days, a charge of 50% of the total event cost will be applied. For cancellations or rescheduling that occur within 4 business days or fewer, the charge will be 100% of the event cost.

 

Additionally, please be aware that if any alterations are made to the event terms, such as changes in (i) venue, (ii) start/finish time, (iii) duration of the appointment, or (iv) arrival/parking details within 48 hours of the event, an additional surcharge may be added to the price of your event.

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of severe inclement weather (such as snowstorms, hurricanes, or other conditions that make travel unsafe), we will work with you to reschedule the event without penalty, provided the event cannot be held safely. If the event is not rescheduled, a full invoice will be issued.

Appointments:

We understand things happen and schedules change. Therefore, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will incur a 100% charge of the cost of service booked.
